ITCPE Guangzhou 2026 Attracts Record International Buyers and Textile Technology Innovations

The 21st edition of the International Textile, Clothing & Printing Industry Expo (ITCPE Guangzhou 2026) concluded successfully at the Poly World Trade Center Expo in Pazhou, Guangzhou, attracting nearly 40,000 professional visitors and around 800 exhibitors from across the global textile and garment industry.

Held under the theme “Smart Global Linkage, Innovation Leads the Future,” the three-day exhibition covered nearly 50,000 square metres across four exhibition halls. The event showcased the latest advancements in digital printing, intelligent sewing, eco-friendly dyeing technologies, seamless garment manufacturing, apparel fabrics, and textile accessories.

According to the organizers, overseas buyer registrations surged by 92.97 percent year-on-year, reflecting the expo’s growing international influence. Visitor attendance also increased by 37.14 percent compared to the previous edition, despite adverse weather conditions during the event.

Professional buyers and industry representatives from regions including South Asia, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, Africa, South America, and Europe participated in the expo. Delegations from organizations such as the Bangladesh Textile & Garment Association, Vietnam Textile and Apparel Association (VITAS), Indian Textile and Apparel Association, and several other international industry groups attended the exhibition.

The expo featured five major specialized zones, including digital printing, sewing and embroidery, eco-friendly dyeing and printing, intelligent seamless processing, and apparel fabrics & accessories. Exhibitors presented advanced textile machinery, computerized embroidery systems, direct-to-garment printing technologies, DTF transfer solutions, intelligent sewing equipment, and sustainable dyeing innovations.

Several industry forums and fashion showcases were organized alongside the exhibition, focusing on smart manufacturing, AI-enabled textile production, personalized customization, seamless apparel technologies, and digital textile innovations. The events brought together experts, manufacturers, and technology providers to discuss emerging trends and future opportunities in the global textile sector.

On-site business transactions and equipment sales also witnessed significant growth during the exhibition. Organizers reported that transaction rates increased by 42 percent year-on-year, driven by strong buyer engagement and effective business matchmaking activities.

Since its launch in 2006, ITCPE Guangzhou has developed into one of China’s leading professional textile and garment manufacturing exhibitions, serving as an important platform for international business collaboration, technology exchange, and industrial innovation.

The organizers confirmed that preparations are already underway for the 22nd edition of ITCPE Guangzhou, scheduled to take place in 2027.
