BUFT Career Fest 2026 Empowers Next-Generation Workforce

BGMEA University of Fashion & Technology (BUFT) successfully organised the BUFT National Career Fest 2026 on January 14–15 at its permanent campus, creating a large-scale recruitment platform for students and graduates. The two-day event connected over 10,000 jobseekers with more than 300 local and international organisations, while attracting nearly 40,000 visitors.The career fest featured on-the-spot interviews, CV screening, direct recruitment booths, along with workshops, seminars, and panel discussions aimed at improving graduate employability. Distinguished guests and industry leaders stressed that academic knowledge alone is no longer sufficient, highlighting the growing importance of English proficiency, communication skills, adaptability, and leadership qualities for long-term career success in a competitive job market.
