The 21st edition of ITCPE Guangzhou 2026 officially opened today at the Poly World Trade Center Expo in Guangzhou, bringing together international stakeholders from the textile, garment printing, embroidery, dyeing and finishing sectors.
Held under the theme “Smart Connectivity for a Global Future · Innovation Leading the Way,” the exhibition is expected to serve as a key platform for showcasing advanced manufacturing technologies and promoting international cooperation across the global textile and apparel value chain.
Organisers said the event will feature participation from more than 1,000 exhibitors, while over 60,000 professional visitors from different countries are expected to attend the exhibition.
The expo covers a wide range of technologies and solutions, including digital textile printing systems, intelligent sewing and embroidery machinery, sustainable dyeing technologies, functional textiles, and seamless garment manufacturing solutions.
A dedicated Seamless Garment Industry Zone has also been introduced to showcase innovations in one-piece garment production and bonding technologies designed for sportswear, underwear and outdoor apparel applications.
Industry-focused conferences and technical forums are scheduled alongside the exhibition, covering areas such as digital textile printing, embroidery and sewing technology development, and denim productivity enhancement.
Organisers noted that the exhibition will also host B2B matchmaking programmes, international buyer delegations and factory visit initiatives aimed at strengthening business networking, technology exchange and commercial partnerships across global markets, particularly among countries connected through the Belt and Road Initiative.
Industry observers believe the event reflects the accelerating transformation of the textile and apparel industry toward automation, digitalisation and sustainable manufacturing practices.
