Textile Times and Tritech Building Services Ltd. signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on Monday, April 13, 2026, at the Tritech corporate office, marking a new step toward strategic collaboration.
The signing ceremony was attended by Founder and Executive Director of Textile Times, Md. Rafiqul Islam, and Co-founder & Chief Executive Officer, Md. Rafi Sarower. Representing Tritech were Md. Shajahan Sharif, Team Leader and Head of Business Branding & Communication (Government HVAC-R), Md. Saiful Islam, Head of Corporate Affairs, Tritech Holdings, and Mir Mamun Reza Khan, Deputy Head of Corporate Affairs, Tritech Holdings.
During the meeting, both parties discussed their respective activities and explored opportunities for collaboration to create a stronger impact across the industry.
Tritech Building Services Ltd., established in 2003, is one of Bangladesh’s leading HVAC solution providers, offering consultancy, design, supply, and installation services for a wide range of industrial and commercial projects.
The MoU is expected to strengthen cooperation between the two organizations and contribute to greater industry engagement and development.
