Morocco Fashion Style & Tex 2026 has officially opened at the Casablanca International Fairground, marking one of North Africa’s largest textile and apparel trade events. The four-day exhibition, running until April 5, is expected to attract around 15,000 global industry professionals.
Bangladesh, the world’s second-largest apparel exporter, is among the participating countries, reinforcing its strategy to diversify export markets and strengthen global presence.
The expo covers the full textile value chain, including fabrics, garments, leather goods, accessories, home textiles, and machinery. It also features B2B matchmaking zones to facilitate direct engagement between buyers and suppliers.
Industry experts highlight Morocco’s growing role as a nearshoring hub connecting Europe and Africa, attracting increasing interest from European brands seeking shorter lead times and flexible sourcing options.For Bangladeshi exporters, participation offers opportunities to explore new partnerships, understand evolving buyer demands, and adapt to global trends such as sustainability and supply chain resilience.
