The meeting was held at the BGMEA Complex in Uttara and was presided over by BGMEA President Mahmud Hasan Khan. The session began with a welcome address by First Vice President Selim Rahman.

During the AGM, members approved the audited financial statements for the fiscal year 2024-25 and endorsed the proposed budget for fiscal year 2025-26. The association also appointed auditors for the upcoming financial period.

In his keynote address, BGMEA President Mahmud Hasan Khan outlined the current state of the garment industry and highlighted key initiatives undertaken by the present board during its first year in office.
